Lumina Copper Corp. is a Canada-based company engaged in resource exploration with copper resources in Argentina. The Company is focused on the exploration, development and advancement of the Taca Taca copper/gold/molybdenum property (Taca Taca) located in the Puna region of Salta Province in northwestern Argentina. The Company owns a 100% interest in the Taca Taca copper/gold/molybdenum property, subject to a net smelter return royalty of 1.5%. The 100% interest-owned Taca Taca property, is a copper/gold/molybdenum project consisting of approximately 2,500 hectares. The Taca Taca property lies 230 kilometers west of the provincial capital of Salta and 120 kilometers east of the copper mine, Escondida.
